     Relating to the labeling of fish products and processed food items                             
     containing fish to identify the country of origin and to distinguish

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original                                   
resolution:                                                                                         
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6(FSH)                                                       
     Relating to the labeling of fish and shellfish to identify the country                         
     of origin and to distinguish between wild and farmed fish and                                  
     shellfish.                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
CSHJR 6(FSH) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                    
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                   
ordered.
